胡以平
个人简介：
胡以平 男，复旦大学博士，美国Roswell Park Cancer Institute博士后。曾任美国耶鲁大学医学院免疫学系副研究员，现任第二军医大学细胞生物学教研室主任、第二军医大学转基因动物研究室主任及全军分子遗传学开放实验室副主任，并为中国科学院上海生命科学研究院干细胞生物学中心客座研究员。
目前的研究方向是肝干细胞的生物医学问题研究。最初于1996年开始肝干细胞方面的工作，迄今完成的工作主要有：1）采用活体移植实验，证明了成体肝脏中肝干细胞的存在（Chinese Science Bulletin 47(3): 211-213, 2002）；2）从Retrosine处理小鼠的肝脏中分离培养了肝干细胞系，证明了这种细胞具有肝向和胆向分化的潜能，以及再殖（repopulate）损伤肝脏的能力，并意识到了其肝向分化的启动具有“开关”效应（Stem Cells 24(2):322-332, 2006）；3）采用基因芯片等方法，分析了该细胞在肝向分化过程中的表达谱，发现了一些干性维持和分化相关基因（Front Biosci 12:1691-1698, 2007；J Cell Biochem ;106(1):16-24，2009）；4）建立了来源于人早期胚胎肝芽（liver bud）的肝干细胞系，并从发育生物学角度证明了该细胞的生物学特性处于内胚层细胞向肝和胰方向分化的“三叉路口”。同时，在肝干细胞研究所需的基因工程小鼠模型的产生方面也有一些工作。 近5年发表的主要出版物有：
